A credit card will be required to secure a reservation for your event. The card will also be charged the full amount at the time of booking. The Game Machine accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, Paypal, or Venmo can also be arranged upon request. Sorry, checks are not accepted. Please call if you require any alternative payment options.
Cancellations or Changes/Rescheduling:
A cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted from any refund if a reservation is cancelled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. For cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment, a fee of $125 will be deducted from any refund. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the original total, with the remaining refund to be processed within 48 hours.
Changes and rescheduling of events can be done without fees up to 14 days prior to your original appointment. A fee of $50 will be invoiced for each change less than 14 days prior to the original scheduled event. Any change fees that apply will be invoiced and will be required to be paid prior to your event. Any fees not paid prior to your scheduled event could result in cancellation of the event.
We will serve anywhere in Utah and neighboring states! For locations beyond the Salt Lake City area, 30 miles or greater drive from Sandy, Utah, a travel surcharge will be added to the cost of your event. This charge will be dependent on the distance from our home location, and at the discretion of The Game Machine.
The Game Machine team will be taking pictures from the inside of the trailer as your event is going on to help capture and save the fun memories which will be shared with you after the event. The Game Machine reserves the right to use any photos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for these photos to be taken, please notify the team before the start of the event.
All liability for injuries or damages sustained is the responsibility of the client or property owner. The Game Machine and its team is not responsible for any property damage occurred if the gaming trailer is parked on the client’s property at the request of the client. Any damage to the trailer or equipment within as the result of careless or willful actions of the client and the clients guests will be the financial responsibility of the client.
Food and Drink:
To maintain a clean environment for all participants, no food or drink is allowed in the gaming trailer at any time and must be kept outside.
Alcohol and Drugs:
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs will be tolerated in or around the gaming trailer at any time without special arrangements with The Game Machine team.
The Game Machine is designed with climate controls, and can operate any time of the year! In the event of severe inclement weather, The Game Machine reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your service to guarantee the safety of everyone.
The Game Machine offers games for everyone, but recognizes that not all content is appropriate for everyone. All “M” rated titles will only be available if all participants are over 18, or at the discretion and approval of a responsible parent or guardian.
The Game Machine requires a minimum of 50 feet of level ground to park and operate. We will typically park on the street in front of your location, but it is up to the customer to ensure that adequate space is available at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. This will allow The Game Machine to start the event on time.
The Game Machine respects your privacy and private information as much as our own. We require certain information to be collected for the event reservation to be secured. This information is collected through multiple methods, whether through our website, partner services, or over the phone. Any information collected by The Game Machine is solely used for the reserved event, and is not shared or sold in any manner. The Game Machine utilizes services such as Calendly, Square, and Stripe to process payments as well as schedule appointments.
